| Focke Wulf Ta 152 H from Revell -
scale 1/72. Build straight OOB. Painted with Humbrol enamels. This model depicts a Ta 152 H from Jagdgeschwader 301 at Leck, 1945. The FW - Ta 152 was the "ultimate" development of the Fw 190 fighter series, again designed by Kurt Tank (The Ta stands for his name). The aircraft was developed as a high performance fighter against high altitude bombers. Only 150 were produced, but they soon earned a reputation as the best fighter of WW2, outclassing even the US Mustang . |
