Aircraft - Messerschmitt Bf 110c
Messerschmitt Bf 110c from Revell - scale 1/72. Build straight OOB.
Painted with Humbrol enamels. This model depicts the Bf110c as flown by Hauptmann Specht (Stab I./ZG 26) in the fall of 1941. The Bf110c/d first flew in may 1936. it remained in production throughout the 2nd WW and a total of 6000 were build. The aircraft initially was build as a 2 seater fighter, but was deployed as a fighter bomber on a large scale. Although well armed, the plain was completely outclasses by the lighter and faster allied fighters.
